Looking to have your sheets funded by the NDIS?
We are not a Registered Supplier with the NDIS, however we can provide you with the required tax invoice to enable funding, through either of these methods outlined below - Plan Managed Process, or Self Managed Process.
Here’s how to order
(Payments managed by a Professional Plan Manager approved by the NDIS)
- Order the products that you require from the selection available - click SHOP NOW below. Once you've added your selections to your cart, click on Cart, then click on the Checkout button.
- In the checkout screen, complete the required info and scroll to the bottom and choose NDIS Plan Managed Order as the payment type.
- You will receive an email containing your Zip Sheets Order Number - you will need this for the next part.
- Either you, your Plan Manager, Support Co-Ordinator or Care Worker completes the Plan Managed form below.
- Enter the Zip Sheets Order Number in the form in the last field, and submit the form.
- Once we receive these details, we will provide a tax invoice to the Plan Manager, for them to organise payment.
- When the Plan Manager remits the funds to us at Zip Sheets, we ship the order directly to you, and provide despatch confirmation and tracking details.
